When choosing integrative bargaining style be sure to use creativity. Now instead of being stuck between integrative and distributive. You can choose between  all 4 bargaining mix styles. Management style Classical – traditional approach, management makes all decisions, hierarchical, job duties  are routine, wages are average, employees minimal to no authority, push down approach,  directions come from the top. Key is that management makes almost all decisions.
