Free, available to all uoc students to anytime. Types of marketing they"ve used: oweek, oweek, made low budget videos. Identify what challenges are causing drop in grades. Ignore email, but there will be a follow up email after offering other resources - 30% students come after the 2nd email. If it"s a problem they can help, they"ll help you. If it"s not in their scope, they"ll send you to other resources. Assessing of studying habits, how it"s working, fill in ways to learn, motivation, time management, how to maximize stuff.
