Since we have the tendency to perceive things in the distant smaller than they actually are. Power of appearance suggests things at a distant appear smaller than they really are. Art of judgement helps us to understand the actual size of these things. The only way to carry out ee is to develop that art of measurement: ee compatible with common sense morality. Cs morality is commonly held judgements about what is wrong and right.
