(kids throwing away the things they longed, your spouse may die so the happiness is impermanent: duhkha has an origin: desire. The most immediate cause of suffering is desire, Desire to succeed, causes suffering: duhkha can come to an end. If the desires can be eliminated, there will be no suffering.
