Which one to take is depending on your preference. 1- jinas kevalin, liberated beings, but they are still embodied. Teachers -arhats. (teaching is noble activity, thus first) 2- perfected beings attained liberation in the sense of moksha, no longer in the world -ashariras. 3- leader of jain order higher rank people in jain order/organization -acaryas. Om aum means including all, taking refuge in all. 3- sadhus leaders of the jain order, teachers and renunciates (including 3, 4 and 5) 4- dharma preached by the omniscient jina -the teachings. 1- shakra stava describes the jinas in most reverential way/praise (shakra king of the gods), bless the. 2- nama-jina stava recitation of all the 24 tirthankaras-jinas. 3- sruta stava praise of the scripture, teachings, doctrine and those who preserve it. Vows - vows of the laity form the bases of asceticism. Movement from these lay vows, is encouraged to do as soon as possible.
