As time went the bats and balls got smaller and a curve was added to the bat. Bats are made of hard wood and have a curve at the end. Curves are used to changing the course of the ball. Dancing formations rose from the soldier marches in war. Involved men going from one village to another and fighting for either brides or food. They fight to the death, one man gets killed and then compensation is made. In this the women and children were spectators.
