Allopatric speciation: (meaning different place;. species is split due to a geographical barrier. Sympatric speciation: does not require physical separation to reduce gene flow b/w two different groups within a population. Peripatric speciation: results in two morphs of one species. Artificial speciation: resulting in only one species with lots of genetic variation.
