Now, comically almost, humanity is obsessed with dystopia. Our perceptions of nature was historically constructed over and over again until it became perceived as something peaceful and relaxing and benign (?) Different from eden though - eden was where we were in the past (and thus now inaccessible, not only geographically) whereas paradise is where were going to go in the future (or at least hope we"ll go) Music seems to have been on a continuum with poetry at the time.
