Have some ideas about programs we want for the assignment (to talk about with groups on. Concerned with the process (concerned with the how of problem solving) How are we going to solve x problem, ie child poverty, adult literacy. Cognitive behavioural perspectives behavioural conditioning, social learning, cognitive therapy. We want to look at what theoretical framework this program is coming out of. For example, a women"s shelter program was likely influenced/ informed by feminist theory. Concerned with how we go about problem solving. Concerned with identifying a series of steps that result in a rational plan. Etiology of the condition (how did the problem start?) The notion of a hypothesis (by paying attention to siblings, that will enable the child who has the illness to have a more normal" sibling relationship) Kind of just throws resources at the issue without thinking of effectiveness or efficiency. Condition (ie teens who haven"t finished high school and now have small kiddies)
