Human"s today carry traits that helped ancestors survive and reproduce. - results in different mating strategies: species have evolved through the process of natural selection, sociobiology, mating strategies women, erotic plasticity, criticism of evolutionary theory. - women and men have different biological roles. - men have millions of sperm and can reproduce many more offspring than. - women have limited eggs and carry the fetus, they also produce breast milk. Social and cultural forces shape levels/expression of sexual drive. Women are more responsive than men to cultural permissive or restraint. Men"s behaviours are consistant with attitudes than are women"s.
