Permissive cultures: encourage and expect adolescent sexuality, sexual behaviour encouraged even in childhood. Diferent cogniive frameworks for understanding: how a sexual experience is supposed to proceed, how sexual experiences are to interpreted. Girls are expected to set the boundaries of sex.
