Most schools, organizations and businesses operate from middle class hidden rules and norms. Generational poverty: have to engage in middle class rules. Extent to which a person, institution or community does without resources, gives us something to do about poverty. Communities can help families build resources, families can help children build resources and individuals can build their own resources. No significant learning occurs without a significant relationship. The bridges framework is based on the understanding of relationships. Use the understanding of hidden rules to help build relationships. Without relationship you can"t expect relationships to occur. Middle class- quality of food, wealth-presentation of food, poverty- are you full.
