Magma types: mafic basalt (less dangerous, felsic (very dangerous) If u rapidly cool or heat something leads to eruption. More common in volcanic rock 45-52% silica. Magma also contains small amounts of water vapour and carbon dioxide. Different shapes and eruptive styles based on chemistry and viscosity of magnesium: composite volcanos (stratovolcanos)
