Lived in a period of great turmoil and went form kingdom to kingdom to find people to listen to his advice on how to run family and state (if family ran smoothly, so did state) Women hold up half the sky! : women have responsibility for half of what goes on. One-child policy: huge implications for chinese people and surrounding countries. Reform: what it"s about and its consequences. Four virtues : womanly behaviour , behaving virtuously, not being around men not apart of your family, womanly speech , not talking when it is not necessary, womanly demeanor , happy, friendly, womanly work , household work.
