The vast majority of the world population is in poverty. Grains and rice is a staple food in developing countries. In 2008, grain prices were raised high which made it more difficult for these countries to afford their staple foods. Don"t need a lot of education or money to sell things to tourists/ get into tourism. Supply of goods and services to tourism enterprises by the poor.
