Have an agenda send out early and be sure to follow. Chair and notes there has to (cid:271)e so(cid:373)eo(cid:374)e (cid:449)ho"s i(cid:374) charge of making sure you stay on topic. The person who is the chair should rotate because that way, everyone learns how difficult it is to finish and stay on topic, therefore everyone learns to discipline themselves. No possibility of anyone overlooking what they were responsible for.
