D- means that 20% of children meet physical activity recommendations. Very young children meet them pretty well school age children between 4-7% of them do. Adults need to have 150 minutes per week in at least 10 minute bouts. More you do, the better for your health. All cardio benefits we seen like stronger heart, it has to be intense enough to see these benefits.
