The early years (0-4 yrs)
Infants (less than 1 yr) should be physically active several times daily (pirticularily
thuru interactive floor-based play)
Toddlers (1-2 years) and preschoolers (3-4 yrs) should accumulate

Minimize time that infant’s toddlers and preschoolers spend being sedentary
during waking hours
Less than 2 years screen time is not recommended
2-4 screen time should be limited to under 1 hour per day

Healthy 24 hours:
9- 11 hours of sleep per night 5-13 and 8- 10 hours of sleep for 14- 17 years
