Diarrhea, failure to thrive, anorexia, gas, weight loss, abdominal distention. Frequently accompanied with iron deficiency anemia, hypoalbuminemia, hypocalcemia, & lactose intolerance. Biopsy of small intestine mucosa is the reference standard (must still be eating gluten) gold.
