What does it mean to be looked t, it has implications. A lifeworld, being in the world, were not living in a world just understood in concepts, were living in a world we understand pre-reflectively. They are left out because these meanings and practices were built for the white european world. We all have the ability to tranced our facticity: fanon says no.
