Who you are is a reflection of the culture you were born in. We are globally and culturally all connected. There are very few culture that are complete homogenise. How this diversity affects our interaction with each other. How you think is a reflection of where you are from. There are truth in one society that are considered false in one society. There is no absolute when it comes to psychological contract. Legal system is a reflection of their culture (e. g. cannot marry more than one person at the same time) Culture comprises 1) the human-made part of the environment and 2) the social institutions of the society such as norms, rules, and laws. How we build our building fits the our environment. In some culture, i would be considered normal. Culture is a pair of glasses you are wearing tinted with different colours. Have impact the way we see things.
