Appraisers that estimate the market value of buildings and land in order to inform the clients what their real estate is worth. Researchers and consulters that research different trends in the market, trends in the economy, and more and are able to sell what they find in their research to those in need. Real estate agents and brokers are good professions for people-oriented individuals to represent the buyers/sellers, landlords, tenants, etc. in exchange for money.
