Want less male workers significantly because women are easier to control. Certain levels so they get bonuses if they hit and punishment if they don"t so they will work harder. Different jobs, one women pulls beads from a machine three thousand times a day. 11 hours working but with lunch becomes 14, end of night pay gets cuts. Boss very worried about appearance of the beads. These workers make about a month, they get paid for how much they accomplish and how fast they go. Many don"t have an option but to work hard and support themselves. She works for her family and brother she doesn"t believe she can achieve her dreams because she must work so she puts them in her brother. They care about what they make and the pay. People don"t know where the beads are from but show their genitals for beads. Afraid the boss will punish them so work many hours.
