Routine cases, few minutes: decisions: done by judge, sentences: less severe, fine up to or 6 months in prison, provincial prison, and probation, not fingerprinted for summary offences. Jury is only allowed if punishment is 5 years or more in prison. Year (2013/2014): done by half year (april 1st, 2013- march 31st, 2014) Reference year: corrections follows the same reference year as courts.
