Mainly consists of single family, high-rises and townhouses, blue collar type jobs. Residential zone, single family homes with yards and garages, bigger properties, million dollar homes. This theory is not intended to explain all types of crime. Not very good at explaining white collared crimes. Where you grow up depend weather you will commit crime or not. Not being able to ll the community ties.
