If they can connect to communication they can connect to exploit: some youth started accessing and controlling government and private sector computers. It was the challenge and sense of (cid:498)power(cid:499) that mattered it was (cid:498)social status(cid:499) Hackers: emergence: anxiety over youth and computer technology facilitated a hacker archetype, late 1980s us business demanded legal action.
