What we know: appearance some knowledge of nutritive value (perhaps) What we don"t know: ag chemicals used in its production, their ecological impact, quantity and variety of pesticides on or in it, the working conditions to produce it and where the food came from. * post what they use for production would be nice but it would probably scare everyone away. We also really know little about what the processors put in our food. In reality they do not have to disclose it. Biodiversity of soil enhances the break down of nutrients. Biological and physical material that ultimately underpins human civilization.
