Regan: neoliberal capitalism: led to deregulation , cutback in gov, extreme privatization, commons have been, free market purity, closed market, inflexible standards of accountability, theft of commons has accelerated (closure of the commons) Enclosure of the commons: market enclosure: nature is first victim, americans have lost considerably amounts of money and environmental issues, big oil and mining have been able to not pay for royalties to people.
