Any country that isn"t doing that they said they would do is violating the agreement. Mfo is strictly on a peace mission no security aspect, and it"s purely, purely observational. Robust liaison and contact system is part of a way of facilitating trust. Canada contributes troops and the usa, israel and egypt are the biggest financial contributors. Both parties are informed if this happens, and they have 48 hours to rectify the situation. Explore and exploit opportunities to make substantive contribution to mfo mission. As the revolution occurred, the interior ministry was disbanded.
