Psychology Lecture 2 Prosopagnosia, it results from a lesion to the brain, the temporal cortex, and it leads the person to not being able to recognize human faces, but can recognize everything else. Therefore they have to recognize people through voice, hairstyle and others. However they could recognize other animals, by their faces. Neurophysiology Myelin sheath is what covers the axons, and insulate them.
