45% = lab reports, procedure summary 6% of lab grade. Wipe up all spills and bottle ring immediately. Aisles and benches must be free of personal belongings/obstructions. Use proper equipment for each task and check for damage before each use ex. burner tubing, frayed wires etc. Goggles, full covered footwear, and lab coat (optional) should be worn. No food and drink in lab, not even water! For acid, alkalis, and other chemicals splashed on skin, cuts, abrasions, or burns, immediately flush with tap water. If irritation or pain develops report to health services. For chemicals that got into the eye, locate the eyewash emergency nearest to you and flush for a min of 10 mins. Have some report to ta and report to health. For treatment of cuts and burns, report to ta. Evacuate the room and close the doors. Stop, drop and roll if you catch on fire.
