ERS 210 Lecture 16: November 7 – ERS210
Document Summary
A lot of what we are expected to do on the final exam is more complicated then the first assignment. In sustainability transition we are called upon to nest research process within social processes of change: this makes it more non-linear, nesting really basic research methods into a complex process of change. Final exam: how you may do that: outcomes of this may look more like a design you"re working towards the development of something. These terms have been adopted by those who practice multi stakeholder integration. Define the space and convince people that/why it is useful. To analyze how socio-ecological systems are behaving, and determine how to take action within them. Action is its own domain of inquiry. We can generate some knowledge about systems through collective discourse. Popular discourse will follow its own trajectory of change: see davis, 2004.
