Organizational culture refers to the underlying beliefs, values and assumptions held by members of an organization and the practices and behaviours that exemplify and reinforce them. Some aspects of organizational culture such as individual behaviour and group norms, are very visible. Other aspects of culture are harder to observe since they represent the invisible assumptions, values and core beliefs. Stronger the culture and stronger the leadership, the greater the organizational performance. Culture is the way in which one group can be di erentiated from another group. Culture capital is the new frontier of competitive advantage. Strategy and management practices are closely linked to culture and have a great impact on sta and therefore on organizational performance. Bottom line results are signi cantly a ected by leadership and management styles. Attitude - high role in every aspect of life. Individual - attitude you send out is usually the attitude you get back.
