Registries classify people according to the crimes that they have committed. What your age was at the time of first offence. The younger the age, the more likely that there is something wrong with you so the higher the risk you have. Demographic things that map out these issues such as poverty, being a minority. General at risk for crime factors: registries came out and caused a moral panic to society. Kids are at risk of sexual danger and assault.
