Milton rokeach"s terminal and instrumental values and kent hodgson"s general moral of principles. Goals that individuals would like to achieve during their lifetime: instrumental values. Preferable ways of behaving: there are 18 values under each category, an individual rates themselves under each one to see which value is considered most important to them. Ethical values: study of moral values or principles that guide our behaviour and inform us whether actions are right or wrong, ethical values are related to moral judgements about right and wrong. Globe: global, leadership and organizational behaviour effectiveness, globe dimensions: Extent where a society encourages and rewards future oriented behavious such as planning, investing in the future, and delaying gratification. Extent to which a society maximizes gender role differences.
