Attribution theory: how we judge ppl differently depending on the cause we attribute to the behaviour. Is it internally or externally caused, we use the three rules to determine . Fundamental attribution error tendancy to underestimate external factor and overestimate internal factor when it comes to judging other"s behaviour. Or the bias tendency to put success on internal factors and put the blame on external factors. When individuals observe behaviour, they attempt to determine whether it is internally or externally caused. Personality is the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts and interacts with others. Personality determinants: heredity- genetic traits, environmental factors, situational conditions.
