Rather than focus on social media content that is edited, biased, and non-factual, gather information from reliable journals and peer-reviewed sources that have established their reputation for professionalism: compare the results of steps 1 and 2. Figure out how business media"s perspective and the internal employee perspective of yourself and your peers are similar/different. What measures are being taken to control or reduce high costs? what can: look for high costs be done to further improve this, look for repeated failures.
