Reconciliation in planning: pps 2014 first time indigenous knowledge and experiences explicitly acknowledged in on. Insurgent planning: contests and resists current planning practice/regimes, against single-plan approach; state/private sector led development, radical/rights-based approach to resist, outside-state sanctioned activities, e. g. Domestic caregivers in hong kong, tent city in vancouver. Behaviour control technologies : administration, money, electoral system, education system: governmentality: art of governing , the means of dictating behaviour of the public (the governed); creating policy-abiding citizens, values, language, knowledge, rewards & punishment.
