When followers are more correcive, extroverted leaders are less efecive in leading the team. Interacionist approach: the approach to understand individual diferences and situaiions together in a paricular context, situaion strength theory. The degree to which situaional constraints are present in the environment for what to do and how to do it. They argue that there are diferent components of situaions that help us understand whether individual diferences will impact the condiions.
