A lot of people die in hospitals. This is dropping off more people are choosing to die at home or nursing homes. Treatment can be incompetent or unnecessary or unavailable. A lot of physi(cid:272)ia(cid:374)s (cid:449)ould(cid:374)"t a(cid:272)(cid:272)ept so(cid:373)e of the treatment options they give to families. Affect when or whether someone has contact with the medical system: community health initiatives, variety of disease prevention resources, ne(cid:449)s(cid:449)orthy, s(cid:272)a(cid:374)dalous if those resour(cid:272)es are(cid:374)"t there, eg. Clean water not available = big problem: territories, walkerton, michigan, this is seen as a given in ca, eg. Vaccinations not available: these all aid in prevention of disease/illness, basic health education. It is assumed- parenting and schooling: basics hygiene, nutrition, sex, need to learn about them to use them. Lucid: are they coherent enough to be in the decision process, communication, talking and listening, hard to be good at both. If any key player will not communicate will complicate things.
