Unsure of what this shift will bring you. The tasks are not the same diverse tasks everyday (no two days of police work are ever the same) Adapt to what the circumstances call for and be uncomfortable with uncertainty. You"re not always going to get things right. There will be situations with special training - and then a set of newer tasks you will have to face. Knowledge for the law and act lawfully. High demands, high expectations to follow law. Unattainable - not possible to know and understand every single law. Law enforcement works best when people have a positive image of the police. Want to be able to trust them, and work with them. Police may not get all of the information they need if they are not seen as trustworthy or safe. Very important component of doing there job - and probably very difficult to do. Carefully documenting everything correctly is stressful and full of pressure.
