Basis point: we are social creatures, we are exceptionally social. At one very fundamental level this is what makes us human (we need to interact and learn how to communicate) Maximize prosocial cooperation (wellbeing) and minimize antisocial competition (harm) One a the really important in which we maximize our outcome is that we want to maximise prosocial cooperation, to live in harmony and peace in community. We want to feel secure, secure, that we belong. We want to minimize prosocial competition, we do not always get along, there is competition and cooperation in the system and the completion can put us under threat. Competition can take very antisocial forms, harm us, limit our benefits, We have to create systems where is maximize and minimize those assets disrupt our goals, people may use us to get ahead, for their own benefits and own goals.
