Society is changing constantly and families has different point of view of how to live their life or raise their kids. I think what we know so far as a family will change in the near future. Furthermore for my own personal experience I have seen great thing from the changes that have come over the past years to now and it was acceptable by the society however, People and society in general like good changes. My grandma at age of 13 yrs. old had kids and spouse and they used to stay home raising their kids and taking care the house, while spouse were working to bring food to their tablet and older kids in the household used to work to support their parent home too Versus now in 2016 that family are disintegrating, kids are isolating themselves from their family due to the technology and you see more divorce. I could imagine how family will be 100 year from now. I have seen that woman wants to be more independently and having kids is not their priority anymore because I feel that it wonât be no family 50 to 100 year from now. It will be a law that marriage couple are going to have 1 year marriage contract. I can say that many values come from our parents and most are very worthwhile and I pass those values to my kids and I would like to retain them, but Family values are different from culture to culture and tradition and there will be change by the time, based on these I could say that it wonât be moral and immoral activities 50 year from now. We are goings lose moral value and ethic and I will see population decrease causing higher dead and less birth because government will soon controlling family life by limit how many kids a marriage couple could have. Since technology offer a good and effectively way to keep in touch with family around the world, but I also think technology will also affect family in the household. However, technology is taking control when the one on one communication is falling apart. The social media preventing family from communicating and less interaction with family and the society wonât have too much talking. I probably happy to say that the only positive thing that I will see 50 to 100 year from now will be major diseases like Heart attack , diabetes and cancer will largely preventing by the time with new scientist and good technologies. As a family we need to know and stay focus of who we are, in what we personally think values stand for because our action wonât always stay of our deepest belief. There is gab between our life values, action and behavior and if we retain those values chances are that even though 50 year from now wonât matter how great the external rewards.

Robatelli's Pizzeria Case StudyIntroduction On the morning of October 31st, Elaine Black, Chief Information Officer at Robatelli's Pizzeria, was waiting for both Jim Saxton, database administrator, and Peter Greyton, operations manager, to come to her office for a meeting. While waiting, Elaine was thinking about the surge of telephone and Internet orders expected to be received through the company's customer order center within the next 12 hours. Halloween had always been the most popular day of the year for people in the greater Pittsburgh area to order pizza from Robatelli's. There were 53 restaurant locations to serve these customers, but only one location to receive all of the orders and forward them to the right restaurant. Elaine's thoughts were interrupted as Jim and Peter entered her office. The following conversation took place: ELAINE Well, guys, it's here again, our biggest day of the year. Not only is Halloween a busy day, but we have the upcoming day after Thanksgiving, the week before Christmas, and Super Bowl Sunday. Can our current computer system's infrastructure and people keep pace with the orders we expect? JIM I think our systems are all running at peak performance. We shouldn't have any computer concerns for today or those other busy days. PETER Everyone in the customer order center is focused on making sure that our customers get their pizzas as ordered. We have plenty of people scheduled to work tonight, so we're good to go. ELAINE Terrific. But every time we face one of these peak sales days, I start wondering about the long-term capacity and effectiveness of our computer systems. Peter, your order center people are doing a great job, but again there's something I'd like us to think about in the long run. As you know, we now have to manually enter all customer order center sales and store sales into our general ledger (GL). I think we could improve a lot of things if those sales are automatically fed into our GL software. Why don't you think about any advantages you see for an automatic interface, and we'll look at the costs compared to those advantages. How's that sound? PETER I'll do that. I'll give it some thought and work on a report about an automatic interface between our GL software and the point of sale systems in our restaurants as well as the phone and Internet sales. How soon do you want to meet again to look at these issues? ELAINE Let's say, in two weeks at the same time. As Jim and Peter left her office, Elaine continued to think about the features of the company's accounting information systems and whether or not data extracted from these systems could facilitate the multiple needs of the company. The focus had always been on providing accurate financial accounting information from the various locations; however, the company's aggressive growth strategies meant increased emphasis on the system's ability to analyze detailed customer information that could be translated into increased sales opportunities. Elaine knew the challenges they faced could very well affect the company's ability to maintain its competitive advantage. She realized that her department must continually improve the company's information systems to help it achieve growth strategies. Operating state-of-the-art systems was imperative to position the company to execute those growth plans. However, she was concerned about the possibility that restrictions of the current information systems could actually prevent the company from doing what it wanted to do. Allowing restrictive systems to prevent them from achieving business strategies was a risk that Elaine would not tolerate!

CARTER: So how's the job treating you now that you have three months under your belt?

TERESA: I really like it. The hours have been great so far, and working with cardboard has been really fascinating and informative.

CARTER: I know, right? Sometimes it feels too good to be true.

(Jeannette walks toward Carter and Teresa.)

JEANETTE: Morning guys, how's it going?

CARTER: Can't complain, really.

TERESA: Just another Monday.

JEANETTE: Well, here's a bit of news to perk you up. The big boss has asked you, Teresa, to join Carter here, Brian, and myself on our client's specialty subcommittee.

TERESA: Wow, really? What does that even entail?

JEANETTE: Well the three of us have been on this group for a little over a year now. And we basically just brainstorm new client strategies to bring in new ones, and retain our good ones. But of course when I say, "we," I mean Carter and me.

TERESA: Oh?

CARTER: Yeah, have you had much interaction with Brian?

TERESA: Only in passing really. We haven't done any projects together.

JEANETTE: Well you'll see soon enough, that even when you are on a project with him it still feels like âin passing. â

CARTER: He's what you might call "unmotivated," never comes up with ideas, never volunteers to take charge. He's basically dead weight.

TERESA: Well I guess now that you mention it, I have walked passed his desk fairly often and seen him looking at a lot of non-work-related websites.

JEANETTE: Exactly. That's all he ever does. And yet, somehow, he's a notch above us on the totem pole. I've been here for five years and I could really do a lot from his position. It's just not right.

CARTER: That's true. He's really become dead weight lately. I hear he isn't helping his group at all in the packaging presentation to the board either. It's embarrassing. I mean, I know the three of us are constantly embracing the clearly stated company work culture that promotes focused and hard work, whereas he's only promoting slacking. Frankly, I think it's infuriating.

JEANETTE: That is so not fair. Maybe the three of us should all go into the boss's office and say, "Listen, we don't think Brian is pulling his weight anymore. Maybe it's time for change," and then we can just list off everything we've noticed.

CARTER: Absolutely.

TERESA: I don't know if it'd be right for me. I'm still pretty new, and haven't really had much interaction with him.

JEANETTE: Oh no, it's fine. You've seen enough, and it'll definitely sound better coming from all three of us, right?

CARTER: I think so too. It's been a long time coming. Should I set up a meeting with the boss this afternoon? Teresa, are you free around four?

TERESA: Umm, yeah, sure. I can definitely be there.

JEANETTE: Perfect. This is going to be such a relief.

(Brian walks into the break room.)

BRIAN: Morning guys.

JEANETTE, CARTER, and TERESA: Morning Brian.

(Carter, Teresa, and Jeanette turn and walk out of the break room.)
