Well, today, we move into another period of the lifespan, that of adolescence, a very interesting time period in the lifespan. And i want to start out by having you look at your own experience as an adult. So i"ve got some reflective questions for you to think about and after i present these questions to you, you might want to just take a few minutes and think about your responses to these questions. And i do this because, frequently, our views of this time period have to do with part of our own experience of adolescence. When i talk to adolescents, the experience in urban areas tends to be a fair bit different than those in more rural kinds of areas. We know that adults have a lot of differing views of what adolescents or teens are like, and it is interesting to think about the relationship between adults and adolescents. You might think about what those things are.
