q13 Question13: Hypothesis testing “Germany discovers love for plastic.” Traditionally, cash has played a much larger role in Germany than in Canada. German attitudes are slowly changing. A 2011 survey by the German central bank found that “only” 47% of Germans used cash when paying a hotel bill. The survey was based on a sample of 2195 randomly selected Germans.
