People are naturally attract to environment/career that match their types. Not necessary artistic skill but artistic characteristic. Don"t like to be repetitive or highly structure. Often good at selling things and ideas. Good at working with number and record. Compare similarities between you and people who are happy in their jobs. The more similarities, the more happy you will be. Difference between highest score and lowest score. Obvious what they are interest and no interested in. High score on adjacent scale -- consistent code. Inconsistent code -- high score on opposite codes. Find occupations, program of study, leisure activity that match. Assist client in gathering info about identified options. Assume that people have the ability to decide. Career is not an event and a one time thing.
