What does the text reveal about the islamic world of the 16th century with regard to: George vi (d. 1952) -> elizabeth ii -> charles iii -> william v -> george vii. System that was made from europe, typical european pattern. Ruled by rulers who were muslims, often had people who were not muslims. People who were muslims had privileges and advantages. Northern india, most of them were non-muslims, they were more into hinduism. There were different languages etc but cultural unity, shared religion. Religious ideas, beliefs etc were understood by others even though they spoke different language. 7th - 8th century, arabs began to spread all through middle east by conquering. People who were conquered converted to muslim. Iran (persia) most of them converted to muslim but didn"t stop thinking about themselves as persians. Central asia were mostly consisted of tribal groups. Some of them were successful for conquering neighbours etc. Big wave of nomadic people conquering areas.
