No pe, grade 2: should not even go to school as cognitive work can be taxing on the brain, therefore delaying recovery; stop any activity that will elevate heart rate: cognitive rest. Retest in five minutes ask the date, ask them to count backwards by (cid:885)(cid:495)s from thirty: check pupil response to light, and tracking, check for csf (cerebrospinal fluid) (skull fx)
