Early onset: earlier alzheimer"s starting 30 or 40. Sundowner syndrome: symptom of alzheimer"s disease that increase after sundown. Does not remember the night before, anterograde amnesia. Neurofibrillary tangles and plaques must be detected in the brain to have alzheimer"s. Only found after the death of an alzheimer"s patient.
