Cross section: whole theatre in half and looked at from side, shown, trap room, revolve, stage surface, rake of stage, orchestra pit, orchestra seating, perineum opening. Important for views: fly system and different pipes, elevation of people, lighting coves. Cattle call seating: first come first serve. Sight visit: to actually go to the theatre and see how the backstage is set out, obstructions and difficulties. Masking: large pieces of black velour fabric, helps with sound.
